Team Captain is the easiest way to get your team started and to manage a social sports team from week to week. We handle registration, payments, scheduling, and even fill-in players—so you can focus on playing, not admin.
You’ll pay a simple, upfront fee that includes the competition’s registration fees, all game fees and our service. No hidden charges. No surprises.

Yes — we do! We can organise custom team uniforms (jerseys, singlets, shorts and more) for your team.
Minimum order is just 7 units and the standard turnaround time is around 30 days from design approval to delivery.

We can help you source a fill-in or even a new permanent player if you think you need one. While we can’t refund after rego is confirmed, we’ll do everything we can to keep your team playing.
Once your team is locked in with a comp, fees are non-refundable. But we’ll always try to help—whether that’s switching nights, offering credits, or helping you rebuild.
If we can move the registration and the fees and there’s space in another comp—we’ll make it happen. Flexibility is part of the game plan. This is *generally* possible up until about 2 weeks prior to the season start date. Later than this and it can be quite, erm, tricky.
If your registered competition doesn’t go ahead, we’ll offer you the choice of:
- A full refund
- A switch to another comp that is going ahead.
Zero stress. Guaranteed.
We’ll help you find fill-ins from our very large database of players (50,000+ players Australia wide). Generally as long as we have 24 hours notice this isn't an issue. Shorter than that and we will absolutely do our best but can't make promises... we're good but we're not miracle workers.
